We offer standard shipping options within Canada. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Remote or rural areas: 5–10 business days (may vary by carrier)

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You may use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within Canada. We do not guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes or remote locations depending on carrier limitations.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. REGAL SHOE is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delays

Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing (if applicable), or peak seasonal demand. REGAL SHOE is not responsible for such delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) so we can assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Changes to Orders

We process orders quickly. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the shipping process.
