REGAL SHOE Return & Exchange Policy

At REGAL SHOE, our ultimate goal is for every customer to love their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • Holiday Return Policy: Purchases made between November 15 and December 31 may be returned or exchanged until January 16.

  • Returns received after 15 days from the delivery date will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • Items must be in their original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging attached.

Exchanges

  • Merchandise may only be exchanged for the same style in a different size or color.

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Online Purchases

  • Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged by mail or in-store.

  • Care products and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping & Refunds

  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • REGAL SHOE does not provide free return shipping. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Approved returns will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the item, less any applicable restocking fee.

Important Notice

REGAL SHOE reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy. If a return or exchange is rejected, the item will be sent back to the original shipping address.
