Refund policy

REGAL SHOE's ultimate goal is for our customers to fall in love with their products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return or the exchange of your items if they meet the following conditions:

-Returned within 15 days of your delivery date. (For the Holidays, any purchase made on November 15th and December 31st can be returned up until January 16th.)

-If the item is returned after 15 days of your delivery date 10% restocking fee will be applied.

In its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition, returned with all original tags and packaging.

Merchandise can only be exchanged for the same style in a different color or size.

Items purchased online can only be returned or exchanged by mail and in store. All care products and gift cards cannot be returned nor exchanged. If we do not have the stock available for your exchange, we will proceed with a refund.
REGAL SHOE reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges which do not comply with our return and exchange policy. If so, items will be sent back to the original shipping address.
Unfortunately, REGAL SHOE can't refund your original shipping and handling fees. We are also unable to offer free return. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We will refund you a full price for the item.
